Maple Syrup

Maple syrup is full of vital minerals and antioxidants that sugar maple trees have pulled from deep in the soil and put into their sap, which we then concentrate in the finished maple syrup. Although most syrup on the market is only boiled to the legal minimum of 66% sugar, we take it a little bit extra, to 67%, which makes a big difference in the thickness and richness of the taste. All our sap is harvested without a vacuum pump; gravity brings the sap down the lines to our sugar shack, where it is boiled over a wood fire.
